At Signature Homes, we stand behind the quality of our curated collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging with all tags and protective materials intact to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
